Executive Advisory Services
for High-Performing
Women Leaders
Reclaime. Rise. Roar.
Activating the leadership identity women were never taught to claim.
Meet Nicki Bland, Founder
Executive Leadership Architect
I’m Nicki, an Executive Leadership Architect helping women navigate corporate systems, unmute their voices, break through systems of silence, and lead by speaking the truth with power.
I bring trusted executive presence shaped by more than twenty-five years of leadership as well as professional and personal development across corporate, community, and non‑profit spaces. As an executive who has led large, complex organizations through transformation and growth, I develop people as intentionally as I develop strategy, cultivating high‑performing teams, elevating emerging leaders, and creating cultures of ownership, trust, and accountability.
My commitment to the evolution and advancement of others extends far beyond the workplace: for several years, I have supported women through non‑profit work, helping them break cycles of poverty, build confidence, and access opportunities that change the trajectory of their lives. This blend of executive rigor, human-centered leadership, and long-standing service shapes the guidance I provide, making it both powerful and deeply authentic.
I call this work The Action Imperative because leadership requires action when the system resists it. The Action Imperative names the point where awareness is applied in real life, and genuine transformation begins, in ourselves and in the world.
"You were never the problem."
“This is not about fixing women. It's about returning them to the version of themselves that doesn't need to perform confidence — because she already owns it.
Through deep identity work, metacognition, and somatics, the program helps you lead from a more regulated, grounded space — so your voice carries the authority it was always meant to have.”
The Phoenix Leader Path
My unique program follows a 90-day, 3-Phase leadership transformation framework designed to help individuals reclaim their voice, navigate power dynamics to challenge systems built on ensuring our silence, and embody a clear, courageous leadership identity.
Clients who complete the program are invited to join a small cohort of colleagues for monthly engagement where you can share achievements, experiences, lessons learned and create community together as each of your journeys continue.
As you work through the Program curriculum, you will evolve from surviving leadership that is fragmented and reactive to embodying an executive presence rooted in grounded clarity, strategic visibility, and unapologetic ownership of impact, discovering your own resilient, authoritative voice that is unmistakably, authentically yours.
PHASE 1 · RECLAIM
Stabilize the system. Reclaim clarity, energy, and internal authority.
Phase 1: Reclaim focuses on stabilizing the internal system by restoring clarity, energy, and self‑authority through cognitive, somatic, and voice‑based practices. We work together to identify and disrupt silencing patterns, map power dynamics, implement tools to regulate your nervous system, and take initial micro‑actions aligned with truth and integrity.
PHASE 2 · RECLAIM
Expand voice, influence, and strategic presence.
Phase 2: Rise expands influence and visibility by applying these foundations in higher‑stakes contexts, enabling you to speak up strategically, make clear asks, and regulate in real time under pressure. Putting the tools into practice begins to rewire old thought patterns that stiffles authentic leadership.
PHASE 3 · ROAR
Embody your leadership identity. Lead with clarity, courage, and sustainable power.
Phase 3: Roar integrates these skills into a sustainable, embodied leadership identity marked by consistent voice, power‑aware communication, and confident navigation of organizational politics. Authentic authority is the norm once others’ expectations no longer govern.
Women Who Roar
A lion's roar isn't a burst of aggression — it's a declaration.
It can carry up to five miles across open savanna, and every lion's roar has a distinct signature, recognizable to rivals and pride members alike. When a male roars, he's not attacking; he's stating exactly where he stands, literally and otherwise, so that challengers can decide whether a fight is even worth having. It's controlled, deliberate, and costly to fake — which is what makes it credible.
That's the real power in it: not volume, but the confidence to be known and located, backed by the willingness to defend your ground.
Who this work is for
The program has two tracks designed to meet you where you are today.
Senior Leaders: Women who are currently in a Director-level (or equivalent) role or above in their current or most recently held position.
You have already locked in your leadership path and have been successful in reaching a significant level of authority. You regularly engage with other executives and even C-Suite level leaders. Your development plan will focus on how you want to show up in those spaces and influence the culture around you. Likely already a mentor and example to others, we move beyond your technical expertise to finding your voice and learning to speak truth with power.
Rising Leaders: Women who are currently in a Senior Manager-level (or equivalent) role or below in their current or most recently held position.
You have shown you have what it takes to lead others. You may have leaders you admire and want to emulate, which is a great place to start. We work with you to identify and unlock the leadership characteristics you already possess to advance your career without losing yourself in the process. You likely learn something new every day as you continue to advance up the management chain. The foundational component of our program gives you the tools to perform at your best, even in new and unfamiliar spaces, building trust with both your teams and your own leaders.
Both tracks complete the program together over 12 weeks, meeting for 60 minutes every week. This includes a kickoff session, 4 weeks of integration, and a wrapup session.
