The Phoenix Rising RetreatTwo days. One plan already in motion.
A secluded residential retreat that takes a small group through the Phoenix Leader Path principles and practices — and does not let anybody leave with a notebook of intentions instead of a decision.

You already know what you would do.
You have known for a while. What you have not had is two consecutive days clear enough to decide it — days where nobody needs an answer, the phone is not doing its job, and the thing you keep deferring is the only thing on the table.
That is the whole design. Somewhere secluded, a small group, and a weekend built so that the decision gets made in the room rather than promised in the car park.
For women in leadership at the point where the next move has stopped being an ambition and started being a decision they keep not making.
The shape of itWhat it is.
Friday evening to Sunday lunch
Two nights. Long enough to get somewhere, short enough that your life survives it.
Eight to twelve guests
Small enough that everybody speaks and nobody hides at the back.
Somewhere secluded
Chosen per retreat. The requirement is quiet and distance, not luxury for its own sake.
Meals, materials and lodging included
You book a seat, not a logistics exercise.
Priced per retreat
Scoped on group size, location, accommodation and catering.
The weekendTwo days, three movements.
01
RECLAIMING
Friday eveningPut it down before you try to think.
Arrival, dinner, and the first piece of work: separating what is actually happening in your role from what you have been trained to make of it. Nothing is decided on Friday. That is deliberate.
02
RISING
SaturdayThe long day, and the useful one.
Archetype work, the metacognitive method, and somatic practice done rather than described. Where you sit in the conversations that matter, and what it currently costs you to hold that seat.
03
RECKONING
Sunday morningSay it out loud to eleven people.
One decision, with a date on it, spoken to a room that will remember. Lunch, and then you drive home with the first move already made rather than scheduled for a better week.
The settingWhere it happens.
Chosen for each retreat, around the group and what the weekend is trying to do. Secluded, comfortable, and far enough out that leaving early is inconvenient.
Two days is not long enough to fix a career. It is exactly long enough to decide one thing and start it before you are home.
Who runs itShe is not sending you away to find yourself.
Twenty-five years in corporate leadership, currently a Vice President at a defense-sector government contractor. She is still inside the system this weekend is about, which is why the retreat is two days rather than a week, and why it ends with a decision rather than a feeling.
The work is the Phoenix Leader Path, compressed and run in person. What changes is the quiet around it.

01
Book a 20-minute call
Who is coming, what the weekend needs to do, and whether a retreat is the right container for it.
02
Set the date and the place
Group size, location and price confirmed in writing, with what is included spelled out.
03
She builds the weekend
Around the group in it. The method is fixed. How far into each part you go is not.
Priced per retreatQuestionsBefore you book.
How long is it?
Friday evening through Sunday lunch for the full version. Single-day retreats run where a group cannot give up the weekend.
How many people?
Eight to twelve, depending on the location and what the group is there to do. It does not work larger.
What is included?
Meals, materials and lodging. Travel to the venue is yours.
What does it cost?
Priced per retreat, on group size, location, accommodation and catering — a weekend for eight in one place is not the same booking as a weekend for twelve somewhere else. You will have the figure in writing after the call, set out line by line rather than folded into one number.
Do I need to have done the Phoenix Leader Path?
No. The retreat runs the same principles in a compressed form, and works as a first encounter with them or as a way back into them.
Can we book one for our team?
Yes. A closed retreat for one organization is scoped the same way — start with the call.
The Phoenix Rising RetreatGive it two days and stop deferring it.
You are not short of insight. You are short of two consecutive days in which nobody needs anything from you, and somebody is holding the room while you decide.
